description: Create, revise, validate, and optionally import lightweight Lottie JSON animations that stay editable and compatible with Design Huddle. Use for prompt-to-Lottie requests, Design Huddle animation assets, or checking an existing Lottie before upload; do not use for rendered video or general After Effects project editing.

Design Huddle Lottie

Create a valid .json Lottie animation from the user's brief and leave the user with a file that can be uploaded to a Design Huddle Video or Presentation project. This skill is self-contained; do not assume supporting scripts, references, templates, or assets are installed beside it.

Defaults and scope

Infer harmless defaults instead of blocking. Unless the user specifies otherwise, use:

Ask only when missing brand assets, exact copy, dimensions, or interaction choices would materially change the result. Do not upload or import externally unless the user explicitly asks for that action.

Workflow

  1. Translate the prompt into a compact layer plan: canvas, duration, loop behavior, editable text, editable colors, replaceable images, and motion beats.
  2. Prefer simple 2D shape layers, live text, opacity, transforms, trim paths, supported masks, and explicit linear or Bezier keyframes.
  3. Keep editable items in distinct, clearly named layers. Use names such as Editable Headline, Editable Background Shape, and Replaceable Raster Image.
  4. Keep the animation lightweight. Minimize layers, points, keyframes, and embedded image dimensions while preserving the requested appearance.
  5. Save a single unminified UTF-8 .json file. Do not wrap the JSON in Markdown or add comments.
